These terms govern your use of Molaris, an AI-assisted dental documentation platform. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your practice.
Molaris records appointments, transcribes them, and drafts clinical notes, perio charts, and referral letters for provider review. Drafts are suggestions only — nothing is saved to a patient chart until a licensed provider reviews and approves it.
Molaris is a documentation tool, not a medical device and not a source of clinical advice. The provider who approves a note is solely responsible for its accuracy and for all diagnostic and treatment decisions. Always verify AI-generated content before approving.
Your practice owns its content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (storing, processing, and transmitting your content to provide the features you use). Handling of personal and health information is described in the Privacy Policy. Production use with PHI requires a signed BAA.
Plans are billed monthly per office through Stripe and include a monthly allowance of AI hours. You can cancel any time; service continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may improve or change features over time; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for clinical decisions made by providers.
You may stop using Molaris at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days before deletion.
